Dzʿ grads dominate Hudson Film Fest
Class of 2022 graduates of Dzʿ’s 3D Animation and Computer Generated Imagery Program won most of the prizes for emerging filmmakers at the 2023 Hudson Film Festival in April.
Literary duo Arizona and Heather O’Neill share thoughts on Dzʿ experience
Ahead of their guest appearance at a Dzʿ Reads event on March 22, Arizona O’Neill (Fine Arts, 2013) and Heather O’Neill (Social Science, 1992) shared some thoughts on their Dzʿ experiences, the creative process and writing. Thanks to organizer and English teacher Sarah Gilbert for interviewing the mother-daughter duo.
Dzʿ teacher awarded excellence in teaching physics for Quebec and Nunavut
Dzʿ’s Hélène Nadeau has been selected by the Canadian Association of Physicists (CAP) for the 2022 CAP Award for Excellence in Teaching High School/CEGEP Physics (Quebec and Nunavut). This is “recognition of her dedication to teaching physics and the development of students’ experimental and research skills,” stated the CAP in their news release.
